Hi. I'm Mark
I was born and raised in Longview, Texas. I’m a certified personal trainer, sports performance coach, former Longview Lobo, and collegiate football player. For all 4 years, I played running back at Southern Arkansas University, where I earned multiple honors and became the school’s all-time rushing leader.
My background as an athlete shaped the way I train and coach today. I’ve trained clients in commercial gym settings, coached at the high school level, and helped athletes and individuals get stronger, move better, improve their fitness and body composition, and make real progress toward their fitness goals.
I created Leave Your Mark Training to give people more than random workouts. My goal is to provide structured, purposeful training built around real progress. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve speed, power, agility, explosiveness, and game-ready performance — or someone focused on losing fat, building muscle, gaining strength, and improving overall health — the plan is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with direction.
To me, training is about more than workouts. It’s about discipline, confidence, growth, and becoming the strongest version of yourself.
