Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Please review in full.

Summer Training Season and Individual Start Dates

Summer Training opens on June 1, 2026 and runs through August 23, 2026.

A client’s individual training start date depends on the training option booked and the first eligible training date selected by the client, unless the training option has a required fixed start date.

For scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation purposes, a client’s individual training start date is defined as follows:

  • Personal Training | 1-on-1: the client’s first scheduled Personal Training session selected by client.

  • Sports Performance Training: the client’s first scheduled Sports Performance Training session selected by client.

  • RB Skills Clinic: the first Saturday clinic date selected by the client.

  • LYM 5-Star Athlete Development Package: June 1, 2026.

  • LYM 5-Star Football Development Package: June 1, 2026.

The LYM 5-Star Athlete Development Package and LYM 5-Star Football Development Package have a required start date of June 1, 2026 and are designed to run as full summer training packages.

If June 1, 2026 has passed, clients interested in either 5-Star package must contact me  directly to ask about availability and possible late entry.

RB Skills Clinic sessions are held on Saturdays only during the summer training season (June 6th – August 22nd).

Client Scheduling Responsibility

Clients are responsible for selecting eligible training dates and times that fit their schedule at the time of booking.

Training dates and times are subject to availability. A booking is not officially confirmed until the client has completed the full required booking process and completed payment.

Clients should carefully review their selected training option, date, time, and schedule before completing their booking.

Client Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice

Clients must provide at least 90 minutes’ notice before the scheduled start time of a training session if they need to cancel or request a reschedule.

Earlier notice is strongly encouraged and appreciated.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through an approved communication method such as text message or email.

The timing of the cancellation or rescheduling request will be based on the time stamp of the approved communication method used.

If a client provides at least 90 minutes’ notice that they cannot attend a scheduled session, they may be considered for a rescheduled session, provided that:

  • the rescheduled session can be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe;

  • the session falls within the duration of the client’s training plan

Final Session / End-of-Plan Exception

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their final or second-to-final scheduled session within their training plan, one rescheduled session may be granted within 1 week of the missed session, even if that date falls outside the original duration of the training plan.

This exception may only be used once per training plan and is subject to trainer availability.

Late Notice

Clients should avoid giving notice only a few minutes before the session begins. Notice given 5–15 minutes before the scheduled start time may be considered too late.

If a late cancellation is a first-time occurrence, a reschedule may still be considered at the trainer’s discretion. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed.

No-Shows and Failure to Notify

A no-show occurs when a client misses a scheduled session without providing notice before the session start time.

No-shows may result in the missed session being forfeited without a reschedule.

Repeated no-shows or repeated failure to provide timely notice may result in:

  • the missed session being forfeited;

  • no reschedule being granted;

  • loss of future rescheduling privileges; and/or

  • cancellation of the remaining training plan.

Repeated Reschedules

Training plans are designed to be completed within a specific timeframe. Because of this, repeated or excessive rescheduling requests may not be approved, even when notice is provided.

In these situations:

  • the training plan may remain active and the remaining schedule may continue as originally booked;

  • additional reschedule requests may be denied; and/or

  • missed or unused sessions may be forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled training session.

If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time. Missed time due to client lateness will not be extended, added onto the session, credited, or made up at a later date.

Excessive lateness may be treated as a missed session at the discretion of the trainer.

REFUNDS

​All training purchases are generally non-refundable once booked. Completed bookings reserve specific training dates and times for the client, which may limit availability for others.


Refunds are not applicable for missed sessions, change of mind, loss of interest, scheduling conflicts, late cancellations, no-shows, or unused sessions. In those situations, rescheduling options may be available in accordance with the Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.


I understand that emergencies, illness, injury, major life events, or other serious circumstances can happen. Refund requests involving these situations may be reviewed internally. If approved, the amount issued will equal the original charged amount minus any non-refundable processing, transaction, or service fees charged by the booking or payment platform.


Approved refunds are processed according to the policies and timelines of the applicable booking and payment providers.


By completing a booking, clients acknowledge that they are reserving specific training dates and times and agree to this Refund Policy.

 

Trainer Cancellation, Weather, and Safety Policy

If the trainer must cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, emergency, illness, facility issue, scheduling conflict, unsafe conditions, or another unavoidable circumstance, the client will be offered a make-up session for the affected session(s).

Trainer-initiated cancellations will not count against the client’s rescheduling privileges.

Trainer-initiated cancellations may be made up even if the client’s original training plan duration has ended, provided the cancellation was caused by the trainer, weather, safety concerns, or another circumstance determined by the trainer.

Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather or training conditions, including lightning, heavy rain, extreme heat, unsafe field conditions, or any other condition deemed unsafe. Weather and safety-related decisions are made at the discretion of the trainer.

Training Plan Duration and Unused Sessions

Training plans are intended to be completed within their scheduled plan duration.

Missed or unused sessions caused by the client do not automatically extend the training plan duration unless approved by the trainer.

Training sessions and packages are non-transferable unless approved by the trainer.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking training sessions, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy.
